Issues with rulers & guide shortcut keys

    Description

      1. The shortcut key for showing/hiding guides and rulers is Ctrl + ;. With Scandinavian keyboard I get this to work with Ctrl + Shift + , which is alright I guess but could be easier if ; was not used.
      1. The shortcut key for Locking/unlocking guides is Ctrl + Alt + ;. I try Ctrl + Alt + Shift + , but it doesn't work, I need to switch keyboard layout to US and use Ctrl + Alt + ö to get this shortcut to work.
