Get rid of the statemachine in uia

      Remove the obsolete statemachine tags from uia file, and set the initial slide using other means. Remove pre-parsing step of state machine part and other related (now-dead) code paths.

      Sync with QT3DS-1144 and QT3DS-640 for the selection of the slide to be played (should it be in the uia at all or not).
