wip/runtime2: Moving editor from one screen to another causes graphics glitches

      I have two monitors, one 4k with 200% scaling and one 1440p with 125% scaling. The editor looks fine as long as it is on the screen it was initially opened on, but if moved to another screen, the toolbar painting glitches.
