Define image sequence format for use in Qt 3D Studio

      Define image sequence format that can be shared between Qt 3D Studio editor and runtime (perhaps also between Qt 3D Studio and Qt Design Studio). Some requirements on the used format:

      • Optimise for using smallest possible size for the generated images.
      • Support various FPS settings that can be optimised per use case where image sequences are used.
