Toggle type actions that have both menu item and toolbar button do not show the toggle status in menu

For example, "Timeline/Autoset Keyframes" and "View/Wireframe". These should preferably show a checkmark in the menu instead of the icon, or at least somehow indicate they are toggled off, perhaps by hiding the icon.
