Alpha chanel value for Background color.

    Description

      Hello,

      I'm suggesting to give an ability to users to set alpha channel value during clear background step. This feature may help to implement transparent window backgrounds.

      Alpha color support is also needed for both Qt 3D runtime and OpenGL runtime.
