Camera Scale Anchor not working

    Description

      Camera Scale Anchor has no effect in the Viewer. In the Editor it works as expected.

      Also Scale Mode set to Same Size doesn't work correctly. It should crop content if the layer is smaller than presentation but it scales the content.
