Remove unused classes and interfaces

      Editor and runtime codebase has classes and interfaces that are not used by the current active codebase. Remove these unused classes and interfaces to clear up the dependencies and to find which parts of the code are actually in use and which are not. This makes refactoring the code a lot less cumbersome.
