Add rename detection to file change notifications

Materialdef files now contain the path of the file to detect renames. The path is refreshed and rewritten every time the file is opened in a new location. With git projects, this causes a change to be committed every time a file is opened. The file path also leaks some unnecessary information.

Rename detection should be added to the file change notification system, so that the path can be removed from the files.
