OpenGL Runtime's SurfaceViewer needs to support default FBO not 0

      Description

      OpenGL Runtime's SurfaceViewer implementation has a problem in that it assumes default FBO on all platforms is always 0 (at least iOS/tvOS/watchOS will be impacted by this, maybe some others as well). This was fixed in Runtime 2 and should be fixed in OpenGL Runtime as well.
