SurfaceViewer API has extra signal for presentation ready compared to 2.3 API

    Description

      RT 2 has only one signal "presentationLoaded" that signifies the presentation is loaded AND ready. OpenGL RT currently has two signals "presentationLoaded" and "presentationReady". Delete the Ready signal and just signal presentationLoaded in it's place.
