Cleanup ogl-runtime disabling of Integrity target

ogl-runtime fails to compile against INTEGRITY INTEGRITY_11_04 (gcc-armv7) on Linux RHEL_7_4 (gcc-x86_64) and the Integrity OS as target has been removed in the ogl-runtime.pro file. The Integrity 11.04 we have in CI is not a valid target (32-bit, old compiler etc), but other more modern Integrity versions are valid runtime targets. The exclusion mechanism should be changed so that only this Qt CI specific problematic Integrity version is excluded when building the runtime.
