High cpu usage of Qt 3D studio apps on Integrity

    Description

      I created simple application without any additional cpp logic but with our uip resources (no ipc messaging, no pcl usage, no integrity timers, no blinking manager, etc).

      But Simple application still takes huge amount of CPU on Integrity:
