Slow start up in case presentation is managed from cpp source code

I tested 2 applications on Integrity.

1) Only uip and resources inside simple app

2) The same uip and resources with visibility management from cpp source code

1) Simple app without visibility management from cpp code starts up on 20 sec

2) App with management from cpp code starts up on 50 sec (it subscribes on presentationReady/slideEntered signals)
