Window geometry is not saved if restarting via preferences dialog

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • resize window and/or palettes
      • go to studio preferences dialog
      • change a value that requires restart (for example manipulator tool handle width)
      • apply/ok

      -> after restart, window geometry has not been saved
