Effects in a presentation break the presentation

      Some parts of the presentation are not shown. This is regression caused by https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt3dstudio/ogl-runtime/+/275165 and https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt3dstudio/ogl-runtime/+/275297

      The parts use effects, so this might cause other effects to not work too.

       

      When presentation has an effect and multiple slides, only the first slide is drawn. The next slides display the content of the first slide, unless they have subpresentations on a layer.
