Dynamic loading example shows shadow images

    Description

      The dynamic loading example doesn't draw the effect of the first slide correctly, but shows shadow images of the first slide. This happens only if the delayedLoading is enabled indicating that the texture used by the effect is not properly loaded when it is enabled.
