Problem with libc++.so.16

    Description

      Customer reported following error to appear:

      "Failure: no such file or directory: 'c:\Utils\Android\android-ndk-r19c/sources/cxx-stl/llvm-libc+/libs/x86/libc+.so.16' (armv7,armv8,x86)"

      Other info:

      He has set environment variable ANDROID_NDK_PLATFORM to android-21
