Add option to flip compressed textures

We should offer the possibility to automatically flip compressed textures.

There are cases where the same compressed image is used in QML and in Studio presentation, which will cause the one in Studio being flipped compared to the one used in QML.

We can  choose to either do it automatically, or add an option for enabling it to the editor (to preferences, perhaps).
