Suppress warnings for 3rd party libs with clang

    Description

      When building on clang (at the moment only on macOS) the 3rd party libraries generate a huge pile of issues. Qt Creator reports 26000+ warnings, making it impossible to see issues in our own code. This needs to be fixed by fencing 3rd party code with compilation options that suppress warnings from them.
