3D studio crashes everytime when adding Sub-presentation from Browse...

    Description

      When user adds sub-presentation and uses "Browse..." button before Add or remove -> Studio crashes after user adds other presentation from library.

      1. Go to Edit -> Sub presentations
      2. Don't add anything to Sub-presentation or presentation id fields
      3. Click Browse...
      4. Select other .uip presentation add click Open

            -> Studio crashes. See screenshot. There is also crash report from macOS

      Happens on:

      Windows and macOS
