Undoing and redoing "New Slide" crashes in some situations

Crash occurs if a new slide is added to the end of the slide list, the addition is undone and then redone. The crash occurs deep inside transaction handling, so it seems like transaction gets corrupted somehow. Adding new slide anywhere else but as the last slide can be undone and redone without problems.
