Apply doesn't apply changes in Presentation Settings

As per the test sequence 1, step 3: after changing the presentation settings values, Apply does not apply visually the changes. It applies internally (so closing the dialog with Cancel applies it), but the UI is not updated. This is NOT a regression, the original MFC application behaves the same way, thus I don't think we should work on it unless explicitly approved/requested.
