Setup prototype environment on work machine

Take the Dragon3 tests and get those running as prototype on local machine automatically and report results against certain Qt release in to grafana.

Dragon3 tests can be gotten from Dragon3 team (e.g. lagocs).

esabraha can tell how he has done the QML benchmarking setup using Jenkings (on desktop) and bash scripts on NVIDIA TX1. His scripts can be found here:

They can be used as reference for how to upload results into influxdb and how to set up the Grafana dashboards, which is probably the most difficult parts.
