Design an Automotive Instrument Cluster template

We should create a automotive instrument cluster template / asset set which enables quickly creating an instrument cluster UI which is easy to customize. This means that we have to create all of the cluster parts (frame, gauge) in a way that it supports creating different look & feel. For example we should provide different tick mark styles with different start/end angles. Also background textures should be easily interchangeable and/or customized by changing the diffuse color. In gauges we should provide assets for both with and without needle.
