Deleting from filesystem and undoing deletion causes problems in project palette

      1. Add a few effects (some with maps - not sure if this is relevant)
      2. Open effects in project palette
      3. Select "Show in explorer"
      4. Delete effects
      5. Undo deletion

      -> Project palette shows some folders twice, and with incorrect contents
