Studio opening page is flickering when dragging to another display

Open studio

When the initial screen is displayed, drag it to another display.

The initial screen flickers on another display, but not in the one it was opened initially.

After dropping the initial screen and dragging it again back to the first display, it starts to flicker in the first display. The displays need to have different resolutuins
