With the exception of the shader program list, all other object lists show only data from the main presentation. They should include objects from subpresentations as well.

The timing pane already introduced a way to link to subpresentation profiler instances, so what is needed now is to walk through those as well when building the Qt 3D object list, layer, etc. views.
