Studio editor should check the UIP for validity when saving it and warn of inconsistencies

For example, it is possible to have actions with empty trigger and/or handler object as a result of deletion of those objects. Loading such presentation with viewer will crash, so the editor should check for invalid references at the save time and pop up a warning about them.
