[Documentation] Some old images in docs

Documentation has some out-of-date images in it.

For example all menu icons have been removed, so all images showing menu items with icons are wrong. Same applies to startup dialog.

File dialogs are also from the old version.

Action palette images are also old.

Looks like all of the images need to be checked rather than listing here.
