Revise/add logs for important events that can affect performance

Print something on interesting, potentially expensive events: for example when a material rebuild occurs or when the amount of layers, shadows, etc. reach a certain point; these can all be noted since they are potential performance hazards.

Meanwhile this should also involve some support for filtering in the log view: with the slide system enhancements q3ds.slideplayer logs quite a lot which can make the view unreadable.
