Description
This is something rather important. While always-eager evaluation sufficed thus far, there are many deferred properties in e.g. QtQuick and some side effects might appear if we don't handle them as deferred.
Disclaimer: this task does not include the support for PropertyChanges and alike (with generalized group properties).
