macOS: Bluetooth LE does not work

Bluetooth LE does not seem to work at all on macOS 12.1. Low energy scanner example does not find any devices, just scans for a while and says no devices found in the end. Non-Qt applications on the same machine can find devices though, and same devices show up in low energy scanner when ran on Linux.

I made sure Info.plist contains NSBluetoothPeripheralUsageDescription also.
