Rename QT_QML_MODULE_FOLLOW_FOREIGN_VERSIONING property to be internal

      We should rename the QT_QML_MODULE_FOLLOW_FOREIGN_VERSIONING target property to __QT_INTERNAL_QML_MODULE_FOLLOW_FOREIGN_VERSIONING because it's an internal implementation detail.

      Users should instead pass the FOLLOW_FOREIGN_VERSIONING option to the qt6_add_qml_module function
