While using the new qdoc3 from oslo-staging-1 I found that a paragraph consistently generated the wrong output. The isolated paragraph when put into a new file still produces the error.

Qdoc3 reports the error while parsing (there is no \o command or table in the file):

/home/pyard/depot/oslo-staging-1/doc/src/xyz123.qdoc:11: Command '\o' outside of '\list' and '\table'
