Painting glitches under fractional DPR scaling

Description

After switching to Qt6 I noticed that when the scale is set (125%) in Windows, QFrame widgets frame displayed buggy (affects "fusion" and "windows" styles)

Same code with Qt5 does not have this problem

The problem is present on:
Qt 6.2.1 MinGW-w64
Qt 6.2.3 MinGW-w64
Qt 6.2.3 MSVC
The other cases were not tested, but most likely present on all versions of Qt6
