Fix more primitive type conversions

      QUrl <-> QString is rather inefficient right now.

      Also, QString <-> double (or other primitives) can be done via QJSPrimitiveValue rather than through the engine.

      QObject* and QQmlComponent* can be used with QMetaType::fromType() even in indirect mode.
