    Description

      On a Windows/Linux dual boot system, where booting to Windows sometimes offsets the BIOS clock (1h slow), an assert shows when instantiating QDateTimeEdit :

      ASSERT: "zone.d->offsetFromUtc(data.atMSecsSinceEpoch) == data.offsetFromUtc"
       in file  qtbase\src\corelib\time\qdatetime.cpp, line 3438

      Manifested as Designer crashing since it instantiates all widgets.
