Bluetooth autotests passable on supported platforms

The QtConnectivity 15 bluetooth autotests. In the current state some of the tests don't pass.

The scope of this task is to make them pass as intended. The 3 means to make tests pass include:

• Fix problems in autotest themselves
• Fix bluetooth code problems
• Add a SKIP to the autotest if applicable

Bluetooth autotests are somewhat complicated. There are 4 ways in which the autotests should pass:

• A device without a bluetooth adapter if applicable on the platform
• A device with bluetooth turned OFF
• A device with bluetooth turned ON
• Autotests with manual interaction and configuration parts

The tested platforms with this task are:

• Android
• Linux
• macOS
• Windows

Note: this Jira task was repurposed from writing a new classic bluetooth case to fix the existing cases.
