    Description

      The file <Qt install base>\6.3.0\msvc2019_arm64\bin\qtpaths.bat contains an invalid path. There is /Users/qt/work/install/bin\qtpaths.exe while it should be <Qt install base>\6.3.0\msvc2019_64\bin\qtpaths.exe. I guess some patching of the installed file is missing.
