Change event timers used in QEventDispatcherSymbian::processEvents to QElapsedTimer

When the fix for QTBUG-9489 gets to 4.7, QEventDispatcherSymbian::processEvents uses QTime to time events, it should use the more efficient QElapsedTimer which is available in 4.7.
