QEventLoopLocker is not a movable type

      I would like to use QEventLoopLocker as a member in a move-only C++ type. This currently isn't possible, because QEventLoopLocker itself is not movable.

      Could you please change this by adding a move constructor to QEventLoopLocker? This should be straightforward. Thanks!
