qtdeclarative/tests/manual/pointer lacks a CMakeLists.txt file

      Enabling QT_BUILD_MANUAL_TESTS prevents qtdeclarative from being configurable with CMake

      CMake Error at tests/manual/CMakeLists.txt:6 (add_subdirectory):
  The source directory

    /home/noah/qt/src/qt/qtdeclarative/tests/manual/pointer

  does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.
