The scope of this ticket is to list webOS OSE as a supported platform here:

webOS-specific info is to reside in a separate page (webos.html) to which supported-platforms.html is linked.
The following information is to be included:
webOS (same test style and size as for Android Automotive OS)
webOS Open Source Edition (webOS OSE) v2.15.0 is supported. Supported hardware is Rasberry Pi4, the key platform used by the community.
The supported development host is Ubuntu 20.04.
