Cannot turn on microphone in QtWebEngine

      I am using qutebrowser with a QtWebEngine backend and WebRTCPipeWireCapturer feature enabled.

      Whenever giving permissions to use the microphone, the browser reports

      ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): NotReadableError: Could not start audio source

      in console. The error is the same in another QtWebEngine-based browser - KDE Falkon.

      The issue persists both on Wayland and X11 if PipeWire is used. PulseAudio by itself works fine.

      QtWebEngine: 5.15.8
      PipeWire: 0.3.48
