When in devtools, with device emulation turned on, there's no toolbar at the top of the preview (similar to chromium) to change the emulation options like the device being emulated, rotation, etc. I've looked through all the settings and tabs to see if it was maybe tucked somewhere else, to no avail.

The app using qtwebengine, in this case, is qutebrowser.
