Change QNetworkReply's error on detected 'archive bomb' during decompression

      Right now, it only fails and then is reported as data corrupted regardless of the issue. It should have a more descriptive error so that developers can decide if it's valid for them or not without having to debug QtNetwork to figure out what the cause of the problem is.
