The Qt MaintenanceTool.exe is still not signed as of v4.3.0.0
This is a security issue as developers cannot detect whether the binary has been tampered with.

It may also cause problems when on some Windows 10/11 installations, when the security policies that disable the ability of unsigned binaries to write to protected locations are enabled.
