Mac: configure -R does nothing even if configure list it as an option

    Description

      configure lists -R to:

      -R <string> ........ Add an explicit runtime library path to the Qt libraries.

      But on Mac -R does nothing. This is confusing.

      Qt builds, but on Mac -R does nothing.
