between the two successive page load ,there is a significant blank page

as title.

check attached example ,

I also upload a video , at seconds 4 and seconds 8 ,you can see a blank screen page.
I think it is more likely a performance issue.

on linux ,the symptom is not significant.

Expected behaviour :
the blank screen period will be as small as possible. for a better user experience.
